We provide an e-mail proof for your approval before starting work on the item or items. Customers are responsible for all liabilities when using photos, logos and etc. Complex logos and photos may require graphic design work at an extra charge which will be determined after we receive your art work. You will receive an estimate for approval before we start any work. Pre-payment is required on all orders. You will receive a Pay-Pal invoice which will accept any credit card. If paying by check please allow time for the check to clear. We use USPS mail for shipping and you pay only actual charges and no handling fees.
